Janine Waldman is an executive coach, consultant and facilitator. She has trained numerous managers, in–house and professional coaches in the Solutions Focus approach in the UK and abroad.

Janine has coached managers and designed and facilitated workshops for clients including Tesco, Abbey, United Technologies Corporation, Merton Borough Council, Greater Manchester Police and London Metropolitan Police. A certified business coach, Janine is a Visiting Lecturer on post-graduate programmes at Birkbeck University and Westminster University, and presents at international conferences.

Following a masters degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at LSE, Janine led organisational development programmes in both the public and private sectors. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), she has held senior management positions in organisations including Fisher & Paykel Healthcare (New Zealand) and Reliance Security Services.
